    * MA in Journalism & Communications (Marketing emphasis) from Point Park College.

    * Bought a failing pizza shop in 1985 and transformed it into MamaMimi's Pizza and Catering.  Bill sold the business at considerable profit in 1989 and moved his family to the US Virgin Islands for a year.

    * Bought a debt-ridden family-owned Pittsburgh retail music store in 1994 and created a business plan which erased all debt and turned a positive cash-flow with multi-million dollar sales within 18 months.  Bill sold his interest at a 1000% profit in 1997.

    * Bill has operated a successful children's library consulting operation since 2001, increasing yearly billing by over 25% each year.
